About Me

I believe the best learning doesn't end when the workshop finishes or the qualification is awarded. It changes the way people think, builds confidence, and gives them the ability to apply what they've learned in the real world.

For more than 40 years, I have worked across education, business, tourism, government, and the private sector, helping people develop the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to achieve more than they thought possible.

My experience spans executive leadership, business consulting, and education, including senior leadership roles with Accor Hotels and the National Heart Foundation, teaching in vocational and higher education, and mentoring business owners, professionals, and emerging leaders.

Whether I'm teaching business, facilitating leadership workshops, mentoring a business owner, or speaking at a conference, I connect ideas with experience. I use practical examples, genuine discussion, and real-world application to help people understand not just what they need to know but how to use it.

I believe great education is engaging, relevant, and practical. It should challenge thinking, encourage curiosity, and leave people with the confidence to apply their learning long after the session has ended.
